The short version
01 · Your data
We never sell it
We collect what you give us and what we need to run the membership. Nothing more.
02 · Your profile
Members only
You decide what goes on it and can edit or remove it at any time.
03 · Your membership
Monthly, no lock-in
Cancel from your account whenever you like. Access runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Privacy
What we collect
Your name, email, role and the answers on your application. If you join, we also keep your billing details through our payment provider, your profile and which sessions you reserve. We do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
To review your application, run your membership, match introductions and send you the programme. We email you about sessions you reserved and, if you opt in, a monthly note. Nothing is used for advertising.
Who can see your profile
Other members and the Quorum team. Profiles on this public site are examples. In a real deployment, show only the members who have agreed to appear publicly.
How long we keep it, and your rights
Applications that don't go ahead are deleted after six months. Member data is deleted within 30 days of leaving, except records we must keep for tax. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at hello@quorum.example.
Terms
Membership and billing
Membership is billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on the membership page and we give at least 30 days' notice before any change.
How rooms work
Peer rooms and practice sessions are not recorded. What members share in them stays there. Be on time, come prepared and keep other people's situations to yourself. We may end a membership if someone repeatedly breaks that trust.
Questions
